FIONA ERDMANN
Co-Founder
A German celebrity, public figure, and model, I've called Dubai home since 2017. As a mother of three and with a long-standing career in TV and media, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. I'm an investor and entrepreneur, co-founding FNM Properties with a focus on family, happiness, and safety. My resilience and never-give-up attitude, combined with a willingness to be fully engaged in our projects, make me an effective partner to Mo. Together, we make a formidable team, committed to delivering excellence.
HABEEB SULTHAN PALLATH
Sales Manager / Rental & Secondary Market
With a deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate landscape, I specialize in the rental and secondary market at FNM Properties. Whether you’re relocating to Dubai or looking for a new home within the city, I’ll guide you through every step, from paperwork to handover - making sure everything fits perfectly.
I take pride in building trust and delivering a seamless experience for every client. At FNM, my focus is on creating long-term relationships and ensuring that each deal feels effortless and rewarding.
When I’m not showing properties or finalizing agreements, you’ll most likely find me at the gym or out enjoying everything Dubai has to offer.
MOHAMAD EL KURDI
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Born and raised in Saudi Arabia, from Lebanon , I have spent over 13 years living in Dubai. An experienced investor and marketing professional with a passion for numbers, I'm also a father to three children, a football & gym enthusiast. Three years ago, I stepped away from corporate life to start my own marketing agency and real estate business, FNM Properties. At FNM, I bring together the best of both worlds, orchestrating operations and diving into the work headfirst to ensure results. I'm all about delivering on promises.

Marketing & Sales
I’m the dedicated contact for German-speaking clients at FNM Properties. With a background in international communication and a passion for real estate, I help clients from Germany, Austria and Switzerland navigate the Dubai property market with confidence and ease.

At FNM, I’m also part of the marketing team, where I contribute to developing creative strategies, building brand visibility, and showcasing the stories behind Dubai’s most exciting property projects. Combining structure with creativity, I focus on presenting real estate in a way that connects emotionally and inspires action.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about sports, travel and discovering new perspectives.
ARGIE PEREZ
Driver & Everyday Organizer
With a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for helping things run smoothly, I take care of everything that happens behind the scenes at FNM Properties. From ensuring safe and comfortable rides for Fiona and Moe to keeping our cars in perfect condition and assisting wherever needed, I make sure every day starts and ends seamlessly.
I take pride in being someone the team can rely on — organized, proactive, and always ready to help. Outside of work, I’m often at the gym, on the basketball court, or in the kitchen cooking something new.
